If I could give more than 5 stars to Yuliya and the whole team I would! I had the best car buying and customer service experience I've EVER had with this group! They are so knowledgeable and answered every question from the cars history, trade questions and everything in between. Guided us through all the paperwork and were very thorough. The vehicle was spotless, you could tell they really do a thorough cleaning on their vehicles, it looked brand new! What really wowed us was a couple days after the purchase there was an unpredictable issue, by no fault of the dealership, and they took care of it no questions asked, promptly and thoroughly. Yuliya even checked in days after to ensure everything was still running great. They have a great team with a variety of skills and worked together to get us everything we needed and then some. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle, great pricing, and an honest, trustworthy team who will take care of you, this is the best place to go! Drove all the way from Atlanta to get a used Honda pilot. The car was clean, and everything works fine. The only thing missing was a ceiling light not working and break lights are out. We mentioned these in hope of a discount. They did give us a discount for the inconvenience, but in addition, they called a mechanics down the road and change the light bulbs for us because they don’t want us to leave with a car without break lights! Safety first! We are so impressed with their customer service. Would definitely recommend to others!

I can’t speak highly enough of Exclusive Motorcars, KP (the owner), or Ms. Yuliya who assisted me throughout the entire process!! I initially saw the car I purchased from them on Facebook Marketplace. I was very impressed with the information and pictures provided on the post, as well as the price of the vehicle. However, I live 18 hours away in Texas, so I didn’t have the option of viewing the vehicle in person. So, I did some digging into the business to see if they were honest, trustworthy people to work with. Every review I read spoke of how positive the customers experience was, that the vehicles they viewed/bought in person were just as described, that the prices were fair and the employees were very pleasant to deal with. I was impressed by the consistent positive reviews that I read, so I made an initial phone call to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with Ms. Yuliya over the phone and she was nothing but polite, professional and honest the entire time. I had questions about the vehicle and she took the time to answer each of my questions honestly and in depth. Long story short, I called back later that week to make a deposit on the car and reserve it for myself until I could get down there to purchase it. One week after that, I arrived at Exclusive Motorcars in person, saw that the car was just as described and purchased it in full that day. Ms. Yuliya helped me the entire time I was there and she is such a kind and welcoming person - just the type of person you want to deal with and do business with, especially when making a larger purchase!
